Class types and levels:

​​​​

  • Recovery Flow (level 1) - Unblock your movement. This class is designed to improve joint mobility through intelligent, flowing sequences. You'll release stiffness often accumulated from a sedentary lifestyle, optimize joint health, and reclaim ease and fluidity in every motion. This is an ideal starting point for beginners.

  • Core Flow (level 1/2) This class focuses on building a strong and stable core, improving posture, and ensuring proper body alignment for a safe and effective practice. By gaining this essential stability, you'll learn to move with confidence and precision from a grounded base. Highly recommended for all levels, including beginners

  • Sparking Power (level 2/3) - These classes incorporate more dynamic transitions and strength-building elements to help you develop power, coordination, and a resilient body. You'll gain the physical and mental stamina to meet the demands of an energetic, productive life and sport activities. Expect an engaging and dynamic practice with a healthy dose of fun!
