Functional training
Functional training classes incorporate body-weight exercises to build strength and athleticism. Carefully designed step-by-step curriculum allows to gradually enhance your endurance, coordination and power.
LYT Yoga
Yoga classes are following the revolutionary LYT Method® developed by PT Lara Heimann. They go beyond traditional sequences and blend in physical therapy moves to really improve your movement patterns.
Flexibility classes
Flexibility classes are focused specifically to improve your flexibility, mobility and range of motion to unlock your body's freedom and move with ease whether in life or while performing sport activities.

Hi, I'm Ekaterina!
I'm a yoga teacher, flexibility coach, and NASM-certified personal trainer, who loves helping people discover their body's potential.
Movement has been a lifelong passion for me, starting with dancing in my college years, and led me to a deep appreciation for the body's incredible capabilities.
My background as an engineer influences my programming, leading to thoughtful, structured classes designed for sustainable progress.
My goal is to use my knowledge to help you build confidence, strength, and freedom in your movement, one step at a time.
