Class types and levels:

  • Ground and Unlock (level 1) - Unblock your movement. We start from improving joint mobility through intelligent, flowing sequences. You'll release stiffness often accumulated from a sedentary lifestyle, optimize joint health, and reclaim ease and fluidity in every motion. We also focus on building a strong and stable core, improving posture, and ensuring proper body alignment for a safe and effective practice.

  • Sparking Power (level 2) - These classes incorporate more dynamic transitions and strength-building elements to help you develop power, coordination, and a resilient body. You'll gain the physical and mental stamina to meet the demands of an energetic, productive life and sport activities. Expect an engaging and dynamic practice with a healthy dose of fun!

My yoga classes follow the revolutionary LYT Method® developed by DPT Lara Heimann. It is a modified Vinyasa flow optimized to rewire our movement patterns according to what is physiologically optimal for the body. You will go beyond traditional sequences and learn how to support your body for long active life, move with ease and feel great!
